Hi there! My name is Charli and I'm a storyteller, adventurer, free spirit, mountain mama, hopeless romantic, nature lover, dog devotee, and kid at heart. Photography has been a passion of mine since high school – when I started doing “photoshoots” for friends and teachers just for fun. It was then that the wheels in my head started turning, and I soon bought my first fancy camera. That is when I truly began realizing my dream of making photography my career. I went on to earn degrees in photography and film at the University of Denver, obtained my M.B.A., and am currently enrolled in the Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) program of Professional Photographers of America. 

My three daughters (Lilly, Cadence, and Shelby) are my muses and give me countless hours of practice and fun. They are my favorite subjects, my sweetest inspiration, and my proudest accomplishment. These little humans, plus my husband and our pups, are my world. I cherish every joyful, tearful, silly, and chaotic moment with them, and they have certainly equipped me to handle any adventure (photoshoot or otherwise)!   

I specialize in family and wedding photography, and have the experience and an eye for capturing raw, precious moments in an authentic and artistic way.  Whether kids, families, or couples, I like to genuinely get to know and befriend my clients so that they’re comfortable in front of my lens and can let their unique qualities shine no matter the setting! I also understand that working with children involves a bit of magic, and am not above acting like a total goof or having treats on hand when the little ones aren't real sure they want to smile. And, of course, I love seeing people in love. And what I love even more is telling their beautiful stories with my images that will help them relive that wonderful day for all of their tomorrows.
